Richard and Lisa had their little boy on Sunday August 3rd. His name is Spencer Graham Robbins. He was 7lb 12 oz and 19 inches long. Maylee looked just like Richard but Spencer doesn't! I am thinking maybe Spencer is going to take on the Graham side. Only time will tell. Lisa went all natural again, and her labor has 4 hours. (Can you believe it!) She went so fast! The nurses said she was a 7, she had a contraction and then she was a 10, and then the next contraction Spencer was here! Insane. We came to the hospital a few hours later and Lisa was walking around with the baby and Richard was zonked out on her hospital bed. I think the experience was pretty rough on him. Ha.
While we were in California we took Porter to this great park in Auburn. They had a big sand box and I thought I would see how he liked it. As you can see, he didn't like it... he LOVED it! Mental note - they DO try to put sand in the mouth.
Porter loves watching the animals on Baby Einstein so my mom and dad thought it would be fun to take Porter to his first zoo and see the animals in person. Sometimes it was hard to get him to look at the animals, but he loved it when he actually saw them. Ha.
(This rooster bit a little boy right after this. Ahh!)
If you have ever wondered why my little boy is always dressed so dang cute, and is always wearing the cutest little outfits ever, my parents are the reason why. They spoil him rotten with such cute little outfits. Here he is with my parents, sporting a new outfit they gave him. They are just too much fun!!
Last week Porter and I had the opportunity to fly to Sacramento to visit my family. My parents have two big dogs - Rocky and Snoop. They were going crazy outside because they could hear Porter squeeling and yelling inside and they didn't know what it was. They finally got to "barge" in the house and inspect the little thing that was making ALL that noise. Porter was a little surprised. He absolutely LOVED all the attention he got in CA (which was a LOT). He was constantly looking at each person to make sure they were watching him.
A couple weeks ago I had my camera out and was snapping away at cute little pictures of Porter. Apparently Porter got tired of the flash in his eyes, because eventually every time I would hold the camera up I would get this face. I thought it was so cute!
The other day I took Porter Jay to the park near our home. He loves the swing and gets the giggles for the first few minutes. He is such a fun little boy, I don't think I can ever get enough of him.
